WARRANTY FOR RAPRO AUTOMOTIVE PARTS

Overview

Rapro products are guaranteed to be free defects in material, design (if design is provided by Rapro), and workmanship at the time of delivery and to conform to manufacturing or agreed specifications.

Rapro products are warranted for a maximum of two years provided they are installed correctly (using the correct installation tools and following the OE application installation instructions by a professional installer).

The product-related service interval specified by the application manufacturer is limited only to the warranty period mentioned above.

In all warranty cases, the relevant Rapro products will be inspected by an expert at the Rapro Technical Claim Center to determine if the complaint is within the valid scope. This analysis will be based on:

  • Defective Product Analysis
  • Technical assessment and observations
  • Installation conditions (if possible)
  • Usage conditions
  • Applicable OE recommendations

Rapro addresses all customer complaints under warranty with the highest priority and care to improve and develop product quality and technical support/training processes.

Warranty Process

In the event of a Rapro product failure, follow these steps:

The Rapro warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use and storage conditions
  • Defects arising normal wear and tear of the product
  • Installation by a non-professional workshop
  • Installation without the latest technology and appropriate tools
  • Installation, maintenance, and replacement outside of OE written instructions
  • Adverse usage conditions (customization, racing, etc.)
  • Contamination of the Rapro product by a foreign body, aggressive fluids
  • Failure originating a non-Rapro branded product
  • Use of counterfeit parts
